Buffalo State College professors and Project Flight co-directors Betty J. Cappella and Geraldine E. Bard will be recognized by the Western Zone of the New York State Retired Teachers' Association on Wednesday, September 21, at Salvatore's Italian Gardens for their involvement in organizing and planning activities for the advancement of educational goals and literacy.
