On your mark, get set, go! The Buffalo State Alumni Association is hosting the 14th annual Bengal 5k Scholarship Run on March 19. Registration is now open for all interested participants. All net proceeds generated from the race go toward the Buffalo State Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship and the Armed Services Scholarship.
The Legacy Scholarship Fund secures educational funding for lineal descendants of Buffalo State alumni. The Armed Services Scholarship provides funding for student veterans at Buffalo State.
The Alumni Association is committed to supporting students’ academic and social achievements and rewarding deserving students who demonstrate the core values of this institution. Interested patrons may also sponsor a runner at http://www.active.com/donate/buffalostate to contribute to the scholarship of your choice. Volunteers are also needed to make this event successful.
