Posted: Wednesday, March 18, 200912th Annual Bengal 5K Run and Fun Walk Runs to a Record-Breaking Finish!
More than 850 runners and walkers (a record increase of 300 registrants from the previous year) and 150 volunteers (yet another record!) supported the 12th annual Bengal 5K Run and Fun Walk on Saturday, March 14. The proceeds from this event benefit the Buffalo State Alumni Association's Legacy Scholarship Fund, a scholarship awarded annually to a student who is the child or grandchild of a Buffalo State graduate.
