Upgrade to Microsoft Office 2013 Scheduled for Winter Break

Computing and Technology Services will update all campus PCs, both faculty-staff computers and labs, to Microsoft Office 2013 during the winter break (the week of December 29). If you don't want to wait, you can upgrade your PC today by following the steps in this FAQ article: How do I upgrade my campus PC to Office 2013?

Please note: If you use any applications that may not be compatible with the new version of Office, please notify the Help Desk by Friday, December 19, and request that your device be excluded. When you contact the Help Desk, please include the name and version of the incompatible application and the device name of your computer.

There are some differences between the old and new versions of Office. If you'd like to learn about some of the new features before the upgrade, we will offer "Office 2013: What’s New?" demos in CyberQuad throughout the month of December. Please visit the workshop registration site for dates and times.
