Thank you for your continued support of the Testing Center at Student Accessibility Services (SAS). To minimize duplication of efforts, we would like you to please follow the directions below:

The Testing Center Is Student-Driven

1. Students make their exam seat reservation five to seven days before the exam is scheduled for the class using the link 'Make Your Exam Seat Reservation in the Testing Center' on the Testing Center website through SAS.
2. This generates an automated email for instructors with details provided by the student. Friendly reminders will continue to be automatically sent to the instructor until the exam is received at the Testing Center.
3. Please use the link "Send Your Exam to the Testing Center" on the Testing Center website to upload your exam and all instructions necessary for SAS to administer the exam for the scheduled students only.
4. SAS staff members will set up the exam with the accommodations that are pre-approved for the student and follow the directions stated by the instructor.

Please direct your students to our website to make their seat reservation for any exam. Consistency of this message from faculty and SAS staff will ensure that students learn the process as they practice it.
