Tell Students: Workshops to Success - Study Skills: Tools You Can Use

Want to improve your learning style so you can understand more and retain more? Learning may not come naturally to all of us, but here’s the thing—we can learn how to learn. "Study Skills: Tools You Can Use" is the next session in the Workshops to Success series sponsored by the Academic Skills Center of University College and offered free to Buffalo State students. Instructor-tutor Lauren Copeland will help you maximize your learning experience by showing you the most effective approaches to all-important tools for organizing information and making it easier to remember what you study.

Date: Tuesday, September 18
Location: Classroom B118
Time: 12:15-1:30 p.m. (Bengal Pause)
Presenter: Lauren Copeland

Note to Buffalo State instructors: Please encourage your students to attend, perhaps by giving them extra credit for participating. Students can sign an attendance sheet, which we will forward to you. Call the ASC at ext. 4041.
Drop-in visitors are gladly welcome, but if you’d like to reserve a seat for the workshop—or if you have any questions—please call the ASC at ext. 4041.
