How can pursuing a minor make a difference in students' careers? Please join us for the panel discussion "Women and Gender Studies in Action: How Our Alumni Are Making Buffalo Better" on Thursday, April 23, at 3:30 p.m. in Butler Library 210. Three women and gender studies (WGS) alumnae who are doing innovative work to improve the community will discuss their jobs and how they use the knowledge and skills they gained from the WGS minor to succeed. Speakers will represent the New York Civil Liberties Union, PUSH Buffalo, and Planned Parenthood of Central and Western New York. Please encourage students to attend.
