Tell Students: March into Midterms - Barriers to Success Workshop Today

Please join us today, March 1, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Butler Library 314 for the kickoff workshop in our March into Midterms Academic Success and Learning Skills Workshop Series, "Barriers to Success: Identifying Your Red Flags and Learning How to Cope," presented by Paula Madrigal, assistant director of prevention and health promotion. The workshop will address the importance of creating a healthy environment for success. We all get stressed, but this workshop will teach you how to prevent stress from becoming a barrier. You'll learn how to identify your red flags and use healthy coping methods to respond to stress.

Hosted by the Academic Success Learning Centers (the Academic Center for Excellence, Math Center, Tutoring Services, and Writing Center), all workshops in the series take place Wednesdays during March from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Butler Library 314.
