Topics include reading labels, creating a grocery list, navigating the grocery stores, food storage, and creating nutritious recipes with minimal ingredients.

The holidays are a time for students to go home, relax, and spend time with loved ones. This is also a time where lots of opportunities present themselves for overeating and creating unhealthy eating habits that might carry over into future months. This workshop will offer tips for ways students can enjoy holiday eating without ruining the healthy habits they have adopted throughout the semester.
