The Robert J. Elmes Jr. Memorial Scholarship Committee and CSEA Local 640 would like to congratulate the winners of the fall 2012 Robert J. Elmes Jr. Memorial Scholarship: Kathrine Harrington (member recipient) and Courtney Jakubec (dependent recipient).
CSEA Local 640 members are reminded that the scholarship will again be offered for spring 2013. Past recipients are eligible to apply. Watch for spring 2013 applications in early January.
