Posted: Monday, October 18, 2004Reminder to 3rd Class Mail Account Users
In order for the college to ensure there is adequate postage in our Standard A (bulk mail, 3rd class) account, it is imperative that departments request the appropriate authorization form (Form 3602) from the central Mail Room, ext. 5515. The Post Office will not accept mailings if they are not accompanied by this signed form. Only signatures pre-authorized by Campus Services are allowed. Regrettably, failure to follow this procedure will result in rejection of the mailing by the Post Office.
