The Academic Standing Policy approved by the College Senate on November 12, 2010, is clarified as follows:
Students on academic warning are limited to registering for 15 credits per semester unless special permission to register for additional credits is granted by their dean’s office.
Students on academic probation are limited to registering for 15 credits per semester unless special permission to register for additional credits is granted by their dean’s office.
This clarification is provided after consultation with the College Senate Standards for Students Committee and the registrar in order to correct an inadvertent omission in the original policy.
