The 2006 State Legislative session ended with some exciting news for Buffalo State College—$4 million was approved for use in designing a new stadium to be shared by the college and the Buffalo Public Schools. You may recall that this money was approved by the Legislature earlier in the year, but vetoed by Governor Pataki for technical reasons. The action taken by the Legislature last week took place with Governor Pataki's initiation and consent.
2006 has been a great year for Buffalo State College in Albany. We appreciate your continued support and ask that you take this opportunity to thank Governor Pataki and any members of the Western New York delegation that you deem appropriate.
