The SUNY Faculty Advisory Council on Teaching and Technology (FACT²) will present a one-day symposium on accessibility in higher education on Friday, November 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The symposium will address a broad range of accessibility topics that include the student experience and how assistive technology supports students in achieving their goals, guidance for a proactive approach to accessibility through universal design for learning (UDL), and an administrative overview of how campuses can comply with accessibility laws and regulations.
