Free Literacy Assessment and Evaluation at the Buffalo State Literacy Center

The Buffalo State Literacy Center, Bacon Hall 227, offers free literacy assessment and evaluation for children of Buffalo State students, faculty, and staff members in grades K–12. Sessions are on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:45 a.m. There are five sessions and one parent conference. Parents receive a diagnostic report with instructional recommendations for home and school. Sessions begin September 29. Children who attend will be eligible for one-on-one tutoring during the spring semester. Please call ext. 5917 or e-mail garasyka@buffalostate.edu to register.
