Fall 2012 Fitness Classes

Fall 2012 fitness classes start next week, Monday, September 17. Zumba classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Yoga classes take place on Tuesdays from 5.30 to 6.30 p.m. and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Body sculpting will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from noon to 1:00 p.m. The first class is September 24.

All classes take place in Houston Gym 213 (the dance studio) and are open to students, faculty, and staff members.
