Join a Building Emergency Response Team - help with emergency response situations on campus, evacuating buildings and acting as on-the-scene liaisons to first responders. The University Police Department is offering a Community Emergency Response Training and Certification program in Disaster Preparedness, Fire Safety, Disaster Medical Operations, Light Search and Rescue Operations, Disaster Psychology, and Terrorism.
