The following have been received in the College Senate Office and forwarded to the Curriculum Committee for review:

New Course:
NFS 571 Experiential Learning in Food Service Systems in Health Care. Prerequisites: NFS 311 and graduate standing, or instructor permission. Food systems management in health care facilities. Emphasis on sustainable production and distribution of quantity food products; purchasing, receipt, and storage of products used in food production and related understanding of agricultural practices; application of principles of food safety and related risk management. Offered summer semester.

Course Revision:
PSY 442 Psychological Assessment (formerly PSY 481 Psychological Tests and Measurements). Prerequisite: PSY 350. Issues and problems surrounding psychological assessment. Test construction, reliability, validity, administration, norms, and interpretation. Commonly used interviewing, intelligence, personality, neuropsychological, and personnel-assessment techniques. Provides limited applied experience. Offered spring semester.
