The following has been received in the College Senate Office and forwarded to the College Senate Curriculum Committee for spring 2013 review and approval:

New Course:
ECO 693 Seminar in Heterodox Economics. Prerequisites: ECO 507 and ECO 508. In-depth as well as up-to-date analyses of topics in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and policy from various heterodox economic perspectives including Post-Keynesian, Institutionalist, Marxian, and social economics. Examination of historical and theoretical analysis of economic instability and crisis, control of markets and the economic system, and social welfare and economic policy for the public purpose.
