Celebrating Diversity: AFP 2015

The Equity and Campus Diversity Office invites you to support and participate in the 2015 Anne Frank Project on Wednesday, September 16, and Thursday, September 17. This social justice festival is just one of many opportunities to witness Buffalo State demonstrate our commitment to diversity with the AFP 2015 theme, “Identity, Inclusion, and the World.” Opportunities for volunteering are also available.

Two full days of workshops, theater, and art that examine and celebrate community, human rights, and identity across the disciplines also confirm Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s statement: “The hope of a secure and livable world lies with disciplined nonconformists who are dedicated to justice, peace, and brotherhood.”

Witness the scholars, artists, and community activists who facilitate the hands-on workshops, exhibits, and performances that activate unification and peace processes, and eliminate the role of the bystander. Download the AFP 2015 app or visit the AFP website for the full schedule of events (PDF).
