BizLibrary's 'Wellness ToolKit: The Science of Good Sleep' - March 24

National Sleep Awareness Week is March 12–18. Every year, the National Sleep Foundation takes this time to reemphasize the important connections between sleep, health, and well-being.

The “Wellness Toolkit: The Science of Good Sleep” video lesson is intended to explain how quality and quantity of sleep are crucial for our health and wellness. In this lesson, viewers will learn about sleep cycles, the amount of sleep they need, and the many ways that sleep benefits us every day. Ultimately, learners will have a better understanding of why they should make sleep a priority.
