The Burchfield Penney Art Center and Sylvia L. Rosen invite the Buffalo State community to the opening of the biennial exhibition Art in Craft Media 2011 on Saturday, October 15, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Burchfield Penney.
The exhibition features works in clay, glass, metal, paper, and fiber by 59 Western New York artists including Buffalo State faculty members Bob Wood, Darien Johnson, Jozef Bajus, Bethany Krull, and Jessie Welp and emerita faculty member Nancy Belfer, as well as several Buffalo State students and alumni.
The exhibition is on view from October 15, 2011, to January 15, 2012, in the East Gallery.
