I am pleased to announce that Hongliang "Jimmy" Xu will serve as the coordinator for pre-award outreach for the 2017–2018 academic year. Dr. Xu is a professor of mathematics at Buffalo State College and has an extensive scholarly record and experience with grant submission and management, especially from his time working at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute, where he was involved in a number of large collaborative grants. He has been employed at Buffalo State since 2009, and his many service roles include chair of the Mathematics Department.
