Alumni Association Presents Wine Club: Uncorking the Possibilities at Trattoria Aroma

Wine Club: Uncorking the Possibilities returns in December to Trattoria Aroma on Monday, December 3, at 6:00 p.m. To register, visit the Alumni Association website.

Our friends at Trattoria Aroma have created a robust and hearty menu* specifically for Buffalo State alumni and their guests that guarantees to delight your taste buds. Trattoria Aroma uses the finest ingredients from local, self-sustaining, biodynamic farms. These partnerships give the restaurant the ability to serve better tasting, more healthful menu options. All pastas, sauces, fresh mozzarella, sausage, bread, pastries, and desserts are made right in the Trattoria Aroma kitchen.

First Course:
House-made mozzarella in carrozza with Genovese pesto
Paired with a prosecco

Second Course:
House-made lobster ravioli served with fried leeks in a lobster brandy cream sauce
Paired with a white wine

Third Course:
Chianti-braised beef short ribs served over cipollini onion–sweet corn risotto
Paired with a super Tuscan or Chianti

Fourth Course:
Vanilla-bean gelato from Sweet Melody’s
Paired with our house-made limoncello
